Whether or not ya get the vaccine or choose an organic approach, no one is immune to the changes our world is calling us into. We are in this together (whether we like it or not). The good news is: art is undeniably unitive. Compassion is the natural side effect of the universal languages of music, metaphor and symbols, where we can all recognize our shared humanity, despite our differences.

In this play, the star roles are not held by those with the greatest talent or most impressive form,
but by those who commit most sincerely to the practice. Awakening is no doubt an up and down journey where practice makes perfect. With The Living Mirror Project, we’re not aiming for flawless productions -our target is graceful transformations. We are always in-progress.

The Script is Written in the Moment. It’s an improv.
The first rule of improv is called “Yes -and.” This means that we gratefully accept what life hands us and add our magic to it -no matter what. By practicing an improvisational approach to art, we strengthen our ability to respond with grace and gratitude in all of our lives. This power allows us to trust in the changes, and realize the miracles that are offered in every moment.

Change is a Laughing Matter.
The 3 Stooges knew it best: it's funny when we fall. In these times of awakening, humor is the light side of our darkness, and laughter is our greatest medicine. In The Living Mirror Project, the comedy and the tragedy are the same happening. We harness the wisdom of our awkward humanity with playful confessions of our own disasters. It's not about laughing at others, but giggling at our own growth.
